| The left dock (A) has
slips for bass boats, small pontoons and, out on the far end, houseboats
in slips 16' x 40' long with 13' overhead clearance.

walkway to the Office/Tackle Shop, the center dock (B) currently houses
bass boats for the most part. |

The right dock (C)
has 20' slips on the left and 40' slips on the right with widths from
10' to 16' in width with 10' overhead clearance. |

has slips for small single-level houseboats or cruisers with overhead
clearance of 10'. |

The Tackle Shop at
the end of the B dock is stocked with everything you need for successful
camping trips, fishing trips or general boating outings. Live bait
& artificial lures, line, rods and reels, skis, ropes, batteries,
snacks, sandwiches, marine gear, first aid supplies, cold drinks, ice
cream, candy and fishing licenses

Don't forget two
cycle oil and high-octane fuel to keep those engines running smooth. We
also keep plenty of cube and block ice to keep your food and drinks
cold.

Dock 'B' are 40' slips from 12' to 18' wide for large cruisers and
low-profile houseboats. |

Our dock shown here,
Dock 'E', contains 16' x 50' slips for flybridge houseboats and large
cruisers with an overhead clearance of 16'. As we get the demand
for more slips of this size, we'll be adding on to this dock as needed
as it was designed with expansion in mind.

Dock F, Built in 2003
and enlarged in 2005 and again in 2007 contains 30 single slips which
are 10" x 28" intended to house larger pontoons, small cruisers, and 22'
to 28' runabouts.

| While we
are in the slip rental business, we encourage all of our customers
to get their boats out of the slip, use them actively and spend time out
on the water. That's the point after all isn't it??? When
the sun sets, we also encourage our guests to visit with us in the
evenings to have something to eat/drink, tell us about their days
activities or watch the fish catches come in for cleaning.
